This website is operated under the brand HandPrint by ORGEN TECHNOLOGY GROUP LIMITED.
Throughout these Terms of Service, “HandPrint,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to ORGEN TECHNOLOGY GROUP LIMITED.
These Terms apply to your access to and use of handprintstd.com, including purchases made through the website.
By accessing the website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and the policies referenced on the website. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.
Nothing in these Terms limits mandatory consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.

ELIGIBILITY AND LAWFUL USE
You must be at least the age of majority in your place of residence or use the website with the permission and supervision of a parent or legal guardian.
You may not use the website or our products for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or unauthorized purposes.
You must not introduce viruses, malicious code, automated scraping tools, or other technology that could interfere with the website, its services, or other users.

PRODUCTS AND PRINT-ON-DEMAND PRODUCTION
HandPrint offers print-on-demand apparel and related products featuring dog-inspired designs.
Many products are printed or produced after an order is placed. Production normally begins shortly after payment and order verification.
Because products are produced individually:
Print placement, color, or appearance may vary slightly;
Colors displayed on a screen may differ from the finished product;
Manufacturing and sizing tolerances may apply; and
Items within one order may be produced and shipped separately.
These normal variations are not necessarily defects.
Please review the product description, size guide, color selection, design, and delivery information before submitting an order.

PRODUCT INFORMATION AND AVAILABILITY
We make reasonable efforts to display product descriptions, images, materials, colors, dimensions, and prices accurately.
Product availability is not guaranteed. We may update, limit, or discontinue products when reasonably necessary.
Any offer is void where prohibited by law.

PRICES AND PAYMENTS
Unless otherwise stated, prices displayed on the website are in US dollars.
Shipping charges, applicable taxes, and other amounts payable at checkout will be displayed before you submit your order. Customs duties or import charges may apply to international orders as described in our Shipping Policy.
You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate billing, contact, and payment information.
Payments are processed through authorized third-party payment providers. We generally do not directly store complete payment-card details where payment processing is handled by those providers.

ORDER ACCEPTANCE
Submitting an order does not necessarily mean that it has been accepted. We may review an order before acceptance.
We may cancel or limit an order for legitimate reasons, including:
Product or printing availability;
Incorrect pricing or product information;
Payment authorization failure;
Suspected fraud or unauthorized activity;
Delivery restrictions;
Duplicate or unusually large orders; or
Orders that appear intended for unauthorized resale.
If we cancel an order after payment has been successfully collected, we will refund the applicable amount to the original payment method.

ORDER CHANGES AND CANCELLATIONS
Contact us promptly if you need to change or cancel an order.
Because print-on-demand production may begin shortly after an order is placed, we cannot guarantee changes or cancellations after production has started.
Please confirm the design, product, size, color, quantity, email address, and delivery address before submitting your order.

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
HandPrint ships only to destinations available at checkout.
Production time and shipping time are separate. Processing, estimated transit times, tracking, customs information, and delivery procedures are described in our Shipping Policy.
Delivery estimates are not guarantees. Delays may occur because of production issues, customs clearance, incorrect addresses, severe weather, public holidays, carrier disruptions, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
An order containing multiple products may arrive in separate packages.

RETURNS, REFUNDS, AND ORDER PROBLEMS
Return eligibility and procedures are governed by our Returns and Refund Policy.
Eligible return requests must generally be submitted within 30 days after delivery.
Because many products are printed to order, change-of-mind, incorrect-size, incorrect-color, or incorrect-design returns may be restricted where stated on the product page and permitted by law.
Where a change-of-mind return is accepted, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
If an item arrives damaged, defective, incorrectly printed, incorrect, or incomplete, contact us promptly with the order number and supporting photographs. Where the claim is verified, HandPrint will provide an appropriate solution and bear applicable replacement or return shipping costs.
Do not send a return before receiving authorization and return instructions.
Nothing in this section limits rights available under applicable consumer law.

CUSTOMER ACCOUNTS
If you create a customer account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login information and for activity conducted through your account.
Please notify us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.
We may restrict an account where reasonably necessary to prevent fraud, abuse, security risks, or violations of these Terms.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The website and its content, including text, photographs, graphics, logos, designs, artwork, product presentation, and software, are owned by or licensed to ORGEN TECHNOLOGY GROUP LIMITED or its applicable licensors.
You may use the website only for personal, non-commercial shopping purposes.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, scrape, sell, republish, or commercially exploit website content without prior written permission.
